Purpose: The Jackson County Fair is organized as a scientific, educational and charitable endeavor to cultivate, foster, and promote interest in agriculture, horticulture, the improvement of soil and stock raising, the improvement of the breeding stock, and the encouragement of 4-H members to participate in such pursuits and all other activities of 4-H generally. The Jackson County Fair is to hold annually, if possible, an agricultural fair and exhibition of 4-H achievements.
