- Direct Placement - Assuming the role of an agent who matches the job seeker with a client’s full-time position.
- Payrolling Services - Client sources temporary associates and refers them to Elwood Staffing. We assume costs including payroll, taxes, unemployment, etc.
- Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) - Providing clients with HR functions, testing, and/or screening services.
- Pre-employment assessment and background screening - Elwood provides a full range of drug tests, background tests, and more than 700 skills tests.
- Elwood Professional Division - Committed to the recruitment and placement of highly-skilled engineering, information technology, and business management professionals in contract or direct hire positions
