Program Information

Title: October Downtown Trick or Treat

Time: Monday before Halloween 4 to 6 pm

Location: 2nd & Chestnut Streets

Description: Trick or treating at participating downtown businesses

Cost: Free


Title: November-December One Chamber Square Downtown Christmas

Time: Monday after Thanksgiving 5 to 7 pm

Location: Chestnut Street and St. Louis Ave. and One Chamber Square

Description: Local choirs and bands play at One Chamber Square, Santa arrives at 6:15 pm to light the tree then visits with children; horse wagon and carriage rides, vendors have activities & food available for purchase

Cost: Free entry and cost for some activities and food


Title: May Lawn Garden & Patio Show

Time: Saturday after Mother's Day 7 am to noon

Location: Robertson Mill parking lot on Walnut Street south of the railroad tracks

Description: Businesses, individuals and nonprofits sell lawn, garden, & patio items, Kiwanis pancake breakfast at Peace Lutheran Church

Cost: Free for spectators, a cost for breakfast & for-profit vendors


Title: Regular Season May-Sept: Farmers' Market

Location: Corner of St. Louis Ave & Walnut St.

Description: *Local farmers gather in the Walnut Street parking lot from Monday through Saturday to sell their goods. *Fourth Saturday Event---additional vendors of handmade items, musicians, and food are available with parking available across the street in the Robertson Mill parking lot
