Purpose: Nami is a support group for adults 18+ who have loved ones struggling with mental illness.

Support group: We offer a once a month support group @ 6:30 on the 3rd Wednesday of every month @ the First Financial Bank meeting room. This is available for anyone over the age of 18 who is the family member (or close friend) of an individual living with severe mental illness...no registration necessary. This unfortunately has been put on hold as well because of this pandemic. We plan to resume meeting again once the bank opens its meeting room back up for public use.

The Family-to-Family classes are not being offered at this time due to CoVid 19. Please check back at a later date to see when these meetings will be available.

The National Alliance on Mental Illness plans to bring a free 12-session educational program for family, significant others and friends of people living with mental illnesses to Seymour on Mondays.

The Family-to-Family classes, which will begin at 6:30 p.m., will be at the community room at First Financial Bank, 1130 E. Tipton St, Seymour, IN 47274.
