Other: Emergency assistance to victims of disaster including clothing, lodging, food, etc. and community disaster preparedness, education, service to military families including transmitting messages, providing military authorities with verification, loans and/or grants and referrals, blood collections, community health and safety services including CPR and first aid, swimming, lifeguarding, BAT (Basic Aid Training) for all fourth graders in the county annually, HIV/AIDS education, preventing disease transmission, staff first aid stations and referrals. All Red Cross services are free except the educational classes for which a fee is charged.
