Name: Seymour Meals on Wheels

Service Area: Within a 5-mile radius of Schneck Medical Center.

Purpose: Seymour Meals on Wheels delivers hot, nutritious meals five days a week to homebound residents who are unable to provide themselves a basic daily diet.

Meals on Wheels contracts with the nutritional services department of Schneck Medical to prepare all meals.

Most specific diets can be accommodated based on orders given by patients' doctors.

All meals are delivered 5 days a week and 52 weeks a year by volunteers. Holidays are by request.

  • A $25 initiation fee must be submitted with the application. This Fee will be credited on your first monthly invoice.*
