Other: Those who are interested in an apartment at Jamestown Apartments of Seymour must complete an application for certification. Usually, there is a waiting list for our apartments. The applicant must return the application in person to the rental office at Jamestown Apartments. The income limit depends on the number of persons in the household. Eligibility for our 1 bedroom apartments is now only for persons 50 years of age or older. Eligibility for our two and three-bedroom apartments depends on the number of persons in the household. Eligibility is based on 30% of a person's income.
