Other: Emergency assistance to victims of disaster including clothing, lodging, food, and medicine, etc. and community disaster preparedness, education, service to military families including transmitting messages, providing military authorities with verification, loans and/or grants and referrals, blood collections, community health and safety services including CPR and first aid, swimming, lifeguarding, BAT (Basic Aid Training) for all fourth graders in the county annually, HIV/AIDS education, preventing disease transmission, staff first aid stations and referrals. All Red Cross services are free except the educational classes for which a fee is charged.
