Purpose:We are a walk in clinic that provides urgent care and occupational medicine services to the Seymour IN community. At First Care we treat a wide range of illnesses, injuries, and common conditions, as well as offer wellness, screening, and diagnostic services.
Hours of Operation: Monday-Sunday 8am-8pm
