Purpose: Seymour Meals on Wheels delivers hot, nutritious meals five days a week to homebound residents who are unable to provide themselves a basic daily diet. Service is available short or long term.
Meals on Wheels contracts with the nutritional services department of Schneck Medical to prepare all meals.
Most special diets can be accommodated based on orders given by patients' doctors.
All meals are delivered 5 days a week and 52 weeks a year by volunteers. Holidays are by request.
